THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! The construction renovation work that was completed on our house is absolutely beautiful! We have lived in our house for thirty-seven years and badly needed the aluminum siding replaced on the three pediments. It was replaced with the same size eight-inch clapboard siding but this time in beautiful pristine white vinyl.
Watching the work team of Joe and Derik was a great satisfaction and encouragement that there are still employees in America you canstilltrust to do a good job. They worked together diligently like a well-oiled machine each knowing exactly what task needed to be completed next.
We were impressed with Joe being very considerate of the customer. Because you don’t know what is under the old siding and problems that may exist, He asked us if we liked what he was going to do to solve the problem on one of the pediments and we responded with a “No.” Joe gave us another option He thought of, and it was a great solution to the problem – just beautiful. We asked him to repeat this on another pediment as well. Also, one of the pediments did not have wood behind It, just the studs. It was replaced with wood and insulation before the new siding was added. Two vents were also installed on two of the pediments without additional charge. We’re certain this will improve air circulation in the attic and also contribute to the life of the roof shingles.
In addition to the routine work, both men graciously volunteered to aid in cleaning one of the security lights and replace a new bracket for hanging the Christmas wreath. Joe also volunteered to hang the forty-inch-wide Christmas wreath but we declined because the lights on the wreath had not been tested for this year. Joe’s comment to me was, “It is important form me to always keep the customer happy and pleased with the work being done. The customer must be satisfied.” The work team was super!
While they were working under conditions of rain and snow at times, the areas were somewhat messy. However, before they left the jobsite, everything was cleaned up beautifully and Derik was meticulously always looking for nails or screws that may have dropped on the gravel driveway or in the yard. Fantastic. Ryan, the salesman, found a few nails when checking the yard with hispowerful magnet once the job was completed. The job was an improvement, to say the least, and we would certainly recommend WeatherSeal to others.
